Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 2.30pm, Friday, 21st September 2018, service complete at the chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request your support of Ocular Melonoma Research, QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, gift envelopes available at the chapel.
