AITKEN, Frank

Frank Aitken formerly of Yungaburra died, aged 88, at Carinya Home for the Aged.

 Loving husband to Aileen; eldest brother of Bert (deceased), Ken (deceased) and Eileen; adored father of Mark, Anne, John and Peter; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. 

Previously of Hillview Crescent Cairns, long-term employee of Cairns Regional Electricity Board, talented classical singer, past proactive member of Cairns Classical Music Group and Tropical Tablelands Probus. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday 28th September, 2.00 pm at the Anglican Church of Saint Mary the Virgin, Vernon Street Atherton, led by The Reverend Robyn Boyd. A reception in the Stan Moses Hall will follow.
