KOWITZ, Douglas Kevin of Pittsworth formerly of Mt Tyson, passed away peacefully 22 September 2018, aged 61 years. Dearly loved Son of Beverly & Butch (dec'd). Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Nephew & Cousin to their families. Family and friends are invited to attend a Remembrance Service to Celebrate Doug's life to be held at the Pittsworth Bowls Club commencing at 1.30pm, Wednesday 26 September 2018. Doug was laid to rest with a private burial service surrounded by his loving family. The family would like to thank the Nursing and Medical Staff of the Renal Unit and the Medical Wards of the Toowoomba Base Hospital.
