It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Albert Ernest Parsons "Bert" Late of Emerald, has passed away peacefully on 31st of January 2019. Loving Husband of Monica Parsons. Loving father of Cedric, Ebenezer, Jacqueline, Veronica, Lockwood, Mike, Maranda, and Brody. Loving Father-in-law, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.
