ALLEN, Wendy Diane Elizabeth. Born on 12 July, 1946, died on 23 December, 2016. Wendy hailed from Winnipeg Canada and after much travel made Townsville her home. She was a loving Mother to Gordon and Michelle, Mother-in-law to Caroline, cherished Nana to Archie, Clementine and Banjo, Wife, Sister, Aunt, and a great Friend to many. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 pm, on Monday, 30 January, at the Picnic Bay Surf Lifesaving club at the Burke St Headland, the Strand. No flowers please, but donations to The Smith Family would be welcomed.
