Loving wife to John, Mother and Mother-in-law to David and Jaine, Aaron and Patricia. Step-mother to Caryn and Leanne. Nanna to Lachlan, Samuel, Daniel and Janelle. Sister and Sister-in-law to Hazel and Jeff, Robyn (Dec) and Janet. Sister to David (Dec) and April (Dec). Aunty to Joanna and Sarah Fur-Nanna to Spencer. Cherished friend to many, many people.

Special thanks to the doctors and nurses of St Vincent's Holy Spirit Northside - you are all truly special people.

Family and friends are invited to attend Jacky's funeral service to be held at Albany Creek Memorial Park, Garden Chapel on Thursday 9th September 2021 at 11.00am
