 Late of OzCare Currimundi. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 4th December 2018. Aged 90 Years Much Loved Mother and Grandmother. Loved by all her respective family. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Requiem Mass for Pat, to be held at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 61 Edmund Street, Caloundra, on Monday 17th December 2018, commencing at 11.00am.
