Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 5th August 2020, aged 75 years. 

Dearly loved Wife of Graham (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Maxine and Justin, Matthew and Karen. Loving Grandma of Tom, Harry, Nick, Ben, Sam and Annie. 

A service for Annette will be held in Toowoomba on Thursday, 13th August 2020 commencing 12.00pm. As Covid-19 restrictions limit attendance to 100 people, please contact Maxine by phone 0402 744 502 who is managing the attendance list.
