APPLEYARD. - Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Funeral Service to celebrate the life of Geoff Appleyard at the Christ Church (Anglican), Station Rd, Foster, on FRIDAY (Dec. 3, 2010) commencing at 11 a.m. The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of the Service for the Foster Lawn Cemetery. No flowers by request please. Donations in lieu may be made to the Royal Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the Service.
