Late of Carinity Hilltop, Kelvin Grove and formerly of Pratten Street, Dalby, passed away peacefully on 16th July 2019, aged 95 and 11 months.
Beloved Husband of Merlene (dec’d). Dearly loved Father and Father-in-law to Helen and Michael; Shirley and Allan; John (dec’d) and Paul. Adored Pa to Grandchildren, Carly and Joshua; Mathieu and Sarah; Noah, and Great-Grandchildren, Jack and William.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jan’s funeral, to be held at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, cnr Cunningham and Bunya Streets, Dalby, Requiem Mass commencing at 11:30am, Thursday, 25th July 2019, followed by interment at Myall Remembrance Park.
