Late of Haly Creek, suddenly passed away Friday 7th November 2019. Aged 42 years. Loved husband of Kylie. Adored Dad to Mitchell and Kiearah. Cherished son to Merle and Roy (dec’d), and son-in-law to Dorothy and Leslie (dec’d). Beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jason’s Funeral Service, to be held in the South Burnett Crematorium Chapel, 24 Pioneer Avenue, Kingaroy, Friday 29th November 2019 at 1 pm.
