Family and Friends of Patricia Baker are invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the chapel of Simplicity Funerals, corner Main South and Beach Roads, Morphett Vale on Friday December 20th commencing at 2.00pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be forwarded to Dementia Australia. Envelopes will be available at the service.

In celebration of Pat's love of colour, could attendees please wear colourful clothing on the day.
