Ruth Bannenberg née Kwast, 29 May 1928 .

Died peacefully at home, last Wednesday, 10 July 2024

Her 96 years were a magnificent journey, through many hardships in wartime Amsterdam, to many joys in Australia, all shared with our father Jan (John).

A devoted wife to John, wonderful mother to John, Michael, Mark, Clare, Fran and Emma. Darling Oma to David, Madeline, Ben, Rhiannon and Stephanie. Delighted 'Omama' to Koa, Bryn and Henry.

Through it all, always with a beautiful, kind, generous, warm heart.

A service to celebrate Ruth's life with her many friends and family to held at St John the Baptist Church, 61 Queens Parade, Clifton Hill VIC 3068, on Monday the 22nd of July 2024 at 11:00am.
