Proud Grandmother of Kevin, Shannon & Partner Clint. Great-grandmother of Lizzie and soon to be born Lillian. Pat will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Family & Friends are invited to celebrate Pat's life to be held in the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, Bridgeman Downs on Wednesday 6th October, 2021 commencing at 1.30pm
