Aged 44 years Forever in our hearts The family and friends of Grant are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held in the Magnolia and Palm Chapels at Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde on Wednesday 24th April 2019, commencing at 11.00am.
