Passed away unexpectedly on 10 January 2024 surrounded by his beloved children. Aged 76 years. Much-loved & treasured father of Michelle and David. Adored and deeply loved grandfather to Ella, Amaya, Abbye, Hayden, Mitchell and Lachlan. Little brother to Douglas (Dec’d), Pamela, Lindsay (Dec’d), Elaine and Meryl. Loved son of Gladys (Dec’d) and Vivian (Dec’d). Father-in-Law to Jessica. Retired School Principal who taught at many Qld state schools including Townsville, St Lawrence, Russell Island and Cleveland. Proud patriarch and founding member of BrisBricks. Family and friends are invited to attend a service for Russell at 11am on Tuesday, 23 January 2024 at the Great Southern Memorial Park - Garden Chapel, 1774-1794 Mount Cotton Road, Carbrook QLD 4130. So dearly loved and so very sadly missed. Forever in our hearts.
