At Tokyo Metro Hospital on November 1st, 2019,

ending his final adventure. Dearly loved husband of Tricia, favourite father, father in-law

and special Poppa of Rachael, Kraig, Riley and Kian Byrne of Mossman,

Sarah, Mike, Eve, Fergus, Chester and Archie Barnsley, Hannah, Chris, Ollie, Maddie and Oscar Fifield,

Daniel, Kate, Lucy and Olivia Batkin all of New Zealand.

Loving brother to Barbara, Joan and Peter, the late Michael and Pauline of Shropshire England.

Loved brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle to whanau in New Zealand Australia and England.

A private cremation was held in Tokyo. Join us for a celebration of Denis’s life,

Friday 8th November, 4pm at Rex Smeal Park.
