21st January 2020 Peacefully in palliative care at Bellingen Hospital. Beloved husband of Penelope. Loving dad of Rob and Bruce and father-in-law to Anne. Adored gramps of Daniel and Michael and fond brother of Joan. Aged 75 years Go well into your spring my love Relatives and friends are invited to attend Alan’s funeral service to be held on Wednesday, 29th January 2020 at 11am in the chapel of the Coffs Harbour Crematorium, Coramba Road, Karangi. In lieu of floral tributes donations to Smith Family may be left at the chapel. Special thank you to the Palliative Care Unit at the Bellingen Hospital for their outstanding level of care and compassion and Dr Trevor Cheney and Dr Kyle Links for being such a wonderful support.
