Late of Woolloongabba & Manly West, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. Much loved mother & mother-in-law of Richard & Jintana, Aletia & Andrew, & Susan. Cherished Nonnie of Millie, Michael, Lily, Zoe & Henri.

Memorial to be held in the Chapel at Mt Gravatt Cemetery and Crematorium, Nathan, on Wednesday 13 December, 9:30am.

No flowers by request, donations to The Hazel Hawke Alzheimer’s Research and Care Fund or Australian Alzheimer’s Research Foundation appreciated.
