Late of Ridgehaven Retirement Complex Monto, passed away peacefully on Sunday 15th March 2020 aged 85 Years.

Loving Husband of Kathleen, loved Father, Father in Law, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle to Dennis, Graham, Glenda, Gavin and their respective families.

The family and friends of Jack are invited to attend his funeral service which will be held at the Monto RSL Club, Rutherford Street Monto, on Saturday 21st March 2020 commencing at 11.00am. At the conclusion of the service Jack will be taken to Bundaberg for a private cremation.
