Passed away peacefully with her family by her side after a short illness.


Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Patricia's Funeral Service to be held in the South Chapel at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden Valley Way, Leppington on Monday 20th November 2023 at 12.30pm.
