BOYD, Stewart Leonard

Late of Ashgrove, formerly of Mackay and Edmonton. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, 4th January 2022, aged 76 years.

Dearly loved husband of Lorraine, beloved father and father in law of Stephanie and Nick, Desley and Josh, Jocelyn and Mitch. Proud and loving Gang Gang to Poppy, Darcy, Kipling, Nina, Lucy, Alexander, Henry and Alby. Much loved brother and brother in law of Lynette and Cyril. Loved uncle of Karen and Greg. Good friend to many.

Family and friends are invited to share in the celebration of Stewart’s life. Funeral service to be held at St Finbarr’s Catholic Church, 202 Waterworks Road, Ashgrove on Wednesday 12th January 2022 commencing at 11am. Please note that masks will be required at the church service and proof of vaccination at the reception.

Sincere thanks to the medical team at the Mater Private ward 8 & 9 who have cared for Stewart for many years, and more recently RBWH ward 7B West. We also would like to extend our gratitude to his private treating team, Allied Health, home care service providers Anglicare and Angels in Aprons.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
