Our dear Dad died peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at the West Coast District Hospital, Queenstown.
Loved and loving husband for 64 years of Margaret (Marg, dec.). Dearly loved father of his children and their partners, John and Susan, Jeneane and Charles Thomas, and Ian. Friend to Sandhya.
Cherished grandfather of Ben and Nathan, Cameron and Naomi, Manisha and Shahnina, and friend to Carmel, Wan, Emma, Richard, Austin, and Richard. Proud Great-grandpoppy to Egan and Lydia, Arty, Emily, and Edward.
Loved son of the late Clifford and Gertrude Bradshaw, loving brother of his siblings and their partners; Geraldine and Maurice Bennett (both dec.), Henry and Noeline (both dec.), Colina and Jeff Steele (dec.), Kay and Frank Ashwin (dec.), Les and Pat (both dec)., Janice and Joe Gaspersic (both dec.), Lyn (dec.) and Frank Gaspersic, Norm and Sue, Gay and Romano Bon (dec.), Lana and Jack Evans (both dec.), and Lee and Ian Courtney.

Privately farewelled.
A service celebrating Bern’s life will be held at St Martin’s Anglican Church, Queenstown.
