Passed away peacefully in Palliative Care of The Prince Charles Hospital on 7th January, 2025.

Much Loved Wife of Martin Brailak.

Adored by her Children Emma, Nick and Abbey.

Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Leanne’s funeral service to be held at St Columba’s Church, Loveday Street, Wilston. Leanne’s service will commence at 11:00am, on Wednesday 22nd January 2025.
