30th March 2019, passed away peacefully at Bellinger River District Hospital, late of Toormina. Cherished husband of Eleanor (dec’d). Much loved Father & father-in-law of Greg and Jenny & John. Adored grandad & great-grandad of their children. Aged 91 Years Reunited With His Much Loved Eleanor Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel of Hogbin Drive Crematorium & Memorial Gardens, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour on Friday 5th April 2019, commencing at 2.30 pm. Friends are invited to join the family in the Garden Lounge for light refreshments following the Service.
