Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service for Mr Rex Eric Derwent Brazendale to be held at our Wellington Chapel, Queens Walk, Cornelian Bay, on Friday (May 6, 2022) at 1:00pm. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to Dementia Australia in memory and will be warmly received at the service. Should you wish to view the service remotely you can access the livestream at https://www.millingtons.com.au and click on

Wellington Chapel.

Following this service, interment will take place at the Cornelian Bay Cemetery, at approx. 2:30pm.
