Died peacefully at St Vincent’s Bronte on 1 June 2022.

Beloved husband of Patricia (dec’d) and devoted brother of Sr Mary RSCJ (dec’d) and Anne (dec’d). Father and father-in-law of Frank SJ, Madeline and Dan, Anne and David, Tom and Judy, Margaret and Scott, Paul and Simone, Bernadette and Justin. A witty, inspirational grandfather to twenty-one grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

An Australian lawyer of high degree.

Gerard’s long and rich life will be celebrated with a Requiem Mass at St Mary’s Church, 264 Miller St, North Sydney at 10am on Friday 17 June.
