Late of Toowoomba, formerly of Oakey, passed away peacefully on 29th September 2023, aged 64 years.

Adored Son of Pam and Lloyd (dec'd). Loved Brother and Brother-in-law of Karen Faulknau, Sherryl and Patrick McCormack. Uncle and Great-Uncle Buck to all of his nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Derek's celebration of life, to be held at the Jondaryan Cemetery, Evanslea Road, Jondaryan, on Monday, 9th October 2023, service commencing at 11.00am.
