Late of Condon, Formally of Palm Island, Townsville. Passed away peacefully on Wednesday 27^th April 2022 at Palliative Care Unit Townsville University Hospital surrounded by her Loving Family. Loving Daughter of Isaac Tamwoy and Phyllis Tamwoy (both Deceased). Beloved Wife of Frederick Bulsey (Snr). Much Loved Mother of Phyllis, Frederick (Jnr), Tiana, and Jason. Adored Sister of Patricia, Florence (Deceased), Samuel (Deceased), Arnold (Deceased), Sybil (Deceased), Karen, Valerie, Joman (Deceased), Malcolm (Deceased) Benjamin (Deceased), Percy (Deceased), and Allan. Cherished Grandmother and Great Grandmother of 26 children. TESSA will be sadly missed by her Family and her Extended Families and her many Friends.

Family, Friends and Extended Families of TESSA are respectfully invited to attend her FUNERAL SERVICE which will be held at the PCYC Hall Main Street, Palm Island commencing at 11:00 a.m. THURSDAY 26^th MAY, 2022. The Funeral Cortege will then proceed to the Palm Island Cemetery for Committal and Interment.

Family, Friends and Extended Families of TESSA are respectfully invited to attend her VIEWING which will be held on THURSDAY 26^th MAY, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at FRED BULSEY RESIDENCE, Butler Bay Palm Island.

There will also be a Ferry on that day leaving Townsville at 8.00 a.m., Arriving at 10:00 a.m. and leaving Palm Island at 4:15 p.m.
