We were blessed to have had such an amazing woman in our lives.
She was loved by so many and gave endless love in return.
She will be greatly missed
A Service to Celebrate Connie's life, will be held in the South Chapel of Rookwood Memorial Gardens, Memorial Ave, Rookwood, on Tuesday 18th October 2022, commencing at 1.30pm.
No flowers by request, in lieu of flowers Connie would appreciate a small donation to PCFA.
