Relatives and Friends are respectfully advised that Kojak’s Funeral Service will commence at 10.00am Wednesday, 16th January 2019, at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Gordon Street, Mackay. The Service will be followed by a Private Cremation. CAMPBELL, Leslie Keith. Members of the Qld Retired Police Assn are invited to attend the funeral service of their Member as per family notice above. Wearing of medals is encouraged.
