David passed away peacefully at Arcare North Shore, aged 80 on 21st October, 2023. Born in England, he immigrated to Australia aged 8 and spent nearly all his life in Bowen. He was a high school teacher, avid fisherman and golf tragic. He was a loving Son to Mary and Leslie Capell, Husband of 55 years to Dianne, Dad to Gary, Peter, Deb and Steven, Father-in-Law to Carl, Siobhan, Janet and Katie and Grandfather to Gemma, Riley, Connor, Cayley, Lachlan, Poppy, Archer, Harper and Atticus.

Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend DAVID'S FUNERAL SERVICE which will commence at 10.00 a.m. FRIDAY MORNING 27th OCTOBER, 2023 at the Lakes Chapel, Morleys Funeral Home, Cnr. Hugh Street and Martinez Avenue, Townsville.
