followed by Funeral Service.

At conclusion of Service the Cortege

will proceed to Cheltenham Cemetery

for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the

Murdoch Children's Research Institute

at the Royal Children's Hospital (Muscular Dystrophy)
