The Service to celebrate the life of Douglas Lester Carroll "Doug" will be held in the Federation Chapel, at Lilydale Memorial Park, 128 Victoria Road Lilydale on Monday 4th December 2023, commencing at 11.45am. Doug will then be laid to rest at 2.30pm within the grounds of Lilydale Memorial Park.
