Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service for Ms Jennifer Louise (Jenny) Chalmers to be held at our Moonah Funeral Home, 151 Main Road, on Monday (November 20, 2023) at 1:00pm. In lieu of floral tributes, donations may be made to Carers Tasmania (carerstas.org/donate/) in Jenny’s memory and will be warmly received at the service.

Private cremation.
