Formally of Dalby and Ilfracombe. Beloved Mother, Mother in Law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Relatives & friends are invited to attend a celebration of Phyllis’s life at St. John’s Anglican Church Dalby, Monday 24th August 2020.
