Family & friends are warmly invited to attend a service to celebrate Brad's Life, to be held at Great Southern Memorial Park, 1774 Mt Cotton Rd, Carbrook on Monday March 11th 2019 commencing at 9:00am.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to Mater Foundation, St Vincent's Private Hospital or QLD Cancer Council would be appreciated
