Passed away at Rappville on 22nd September, 2018. Aged 23 years.

Dearly loved son of Ed & Barbara. Much loved brother of Samantha, Wayne and Mitchell. Cherished grandson of Edgar & Ruth Collins (both decd), Neil & June Gulliver. Loved and sadly missed by all his family & friends

Relatives and friends of Jacob are invited to attend his funeral service to be held this Tuesday 9th October, 2018 commencing at 11am at St Mark’s Anglican Church, Barker Street Casino followed by burial at Wyan Cemetery.
