COOK, Graham “Michael” Late of “Kantara” Tipton, passed away peacefully on 24th November 2018, aged 85 years. Beloved Husband of Margaret. Loved Father and Father-in-law of Jamie (dec’d), Tracey and Doug, Graham and Donna, Louise and Wayne. Dearly loved Grandfather and Great-Grandfather of their respective families. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Michael’s Memorial Service, to be held at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, cnr Cunningham and Bunya Streets, Dalby, service commencing at 10:30am, Thursday, 29th November 2018.
