Much loved wife of Jack Cook (dec.),
much loved mother of Robyn, Gilbert
and mother- in-law of Cindy,
and beloved Nana of Rachel and Sarah.

An amazing woman who always gave of herself and to others, especially in the Woden community.

Died peacefully, now reunited with Jack.
