Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Pat's life to be held at the Lakeview Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park,

400 Albany Creek Rd, Bridgeman Downs commencing at 11am, Thursday 30 December.

The service will be livestreamed for those unable to attend.
