Passed away peacefully on the 14th of August, 2024 aged 95 years.

Much loved and admired Mum to Anette, Philip and Alexis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a service for Fay to be held at the Mt Gravatt Crematorium and Chapel, at 2pm on Monday 26th August 2024.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Dementia Australia via https://www.dementia.org.au
