Late of Edenvale Nursing Home, and formerly of Toowoomba. Passed away peacefully, Wednesday 25th September, 2019, aged 93 years. Much loved Wife of the late Wally Davis. Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Greg and Jo. Adored Nanny to Luke and Megan. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Hazel’s Funeral Service to be held at the Boyne Tannum Memorial Parklands Crematorium Chapel, Pioneer Drive, Boyne Island, Thursday 10th October, 2019, commencing 10.00a.m. A memorial service will be held in Toowoomba at a later date.
