Much loved Wife of Frank, dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Michael, Noel and Darlean and loving Nana to their children. Loved Daughter of William (Bill) and Bertha (dec’d) Richmond and sadly missed by her brothers and sisters.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of Carmen’s life to be held at Heritage Chapel, 314 James Street, Toowoomba commencing at 10:00 am, Saturday 19 October, 2019.
