Late of Warwick, passed away on the 3rd of September 2019, aged 58 years.

Dearly loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Jason and Brooke; Analiese and Luke; Kirsten and JP. Loving Nan of Noah, Rose, Macen, Jackson, Hudson, Adalyn, Cooper and Lily. Loved Sister, Sister-in-law, Aunt and Great-Aunt of Gwen, Heather, Joyce, Kevin, Marion and their families.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Carolyn’s Funeral, to be held at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Palmerin Street, Warwick. Requiem Mass commencing at 1.00pm, Wednesday 11th September 2019, followed by interment at Warwick Lawn Cemetery, Lancaster Street, Warwick
