Late of Girralong Street, Woree and formerly of Silkwood. Doug passed away peacefully, at the Cairns Private Hospital, on Monday 6th April 2020, aged 90 years. Most dearly loved husband of Catherine (Kitty), loved father & father in law of Patricia (dec’d) & Ted Butler, Catherine & John Atkinson, Alex & Chris Watson, Anne-Maree & Ray Gardiner, loved grandfather & great grandfather of their families, loved brother, brother in law & uncle of the Watson & Duffy families. Due to the changing environment and the current restrictions we are facing with the COVID-19 virus a private family funeral service will be held.
