Late of Toowoomba, passed away peacefully on 20th June 2021, aged 96 years.

Cherished Wife of Brian "Norm" (dec'd). Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Kathy and Neville; Gary and Therese; and Gail. Adored Nanny of Taryn, Anthony, and Brooke.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Dulcie's celebration of life, to be held at T.S. Burstow Chapel, 1020 Ruthven Street (south), Toowoomba, service commencing at 12:00pm, Monday, 28th June 2021.
