Relatives and Friends of the late Mrs Eugenia Dziedzic are respectfully informed her Funeral Service will be conducted in the Catholic Church of the Resurrection, King William Road, Unley on Friday May 10, 2019, commencing at 1.30pm. At conclusion of Funeral Service the Cortege will proceed to Centennial Park Crematorium, Catholic K section, Goodwood Road, Pasadena for committal. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial donation to the Heart Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. Donation facilities available at the Church.
