EAVES, Dale-Patricia.Passed away peacefully on the 8th of November 2013 - Aged 58 years. Dearly loved wife of Mark, much loved mother of Sebastian, Alexandra and Dominic, loved daughter of Stan and Von Kenny, and loved sister of Stephen (deceased), loved daughter-in-law of Doris Eaves and much loved sister-in-law of Adrian Eaves.Always in our heartsRelatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend a service of Christian Farewell for Dale to be held at the Calvary Catholic Church, Santa Monica Road Miami on Friday the 15th of November commencing at 2pm.No flowers by request, donations will be gratefully acknowledged by the Queensland Cancer Council, Po Box 201 Spring Hill Queensland 4004.
