Funeral Service on WEDNESDAY, 10th April 2024 at 12noon
in the Ian McLachlan Room, Adelaide Oval.

Please park in the North Car Park off Pennington Terrace and enter via the North Gate.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Tom's memory may be made to the Childhood Cancer Association via https://childhoodcancer.asn.au/donate
or envelopes available at the service.

Tom's family have requested no media attention
before, at or following Tom's Funeral Service.
